Board Change

TT Electronics, a global provider of engineered electronics for performance critical applications, announces that Alison Wood has joined the Board today as a Non-executive Director. On 31 August 2016, Alison will become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.

Alison is Senior Independent Director of e2v technologies plc, and a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of Costain Group plc, Cobham plc and the British Standards Institution. She was formerly Global Director Corporate Development & Strategy for National Grid plc. Prior to that, she was Group Strategic Development Director for BAE Systems plc responsible for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development across the UK and US. Alison has previously held Non-executive Directorships at BTG plc and THUS plc.

Neil Carson, Chairman, said: "I am delighted to welcome Alison to the Board of TT Electronics. With her experience in Strategic Development, M&A and PLC Remuneration Committees, she will make a valuable contribution to TT Electronics as we execute our strategic plan and growth agenda".

The Company confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13R in relation to this appointment.
