Directorate changes
The Company confirms the following Board appointments have taken place as previously indicated in the Company's interim statement published on 22 September 2015.
Emin Eyi has been appointed Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of Tri-Star, and has stepped down as Managing Director of the Company. Emin has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer of Strategic & Precious Metals Processing LLC, a company in which Tri-Star has an equity interest of 40%.
Guy Eastaugh has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Tri-Star, in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer.
