Tri-Star announces that following a review of resource allocation in Canada, Ken Hight has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Tri-Star will continue to maintain its key properties in Canada, but the Company will increasingly focus its management time and financial resources, in conjunction with its joint venture partners, on the ongoing development of the Oman Antimony Roaster Project.
Commenting on Mr Hight's resignation, Mark Wellesley-Wood, Chairman, said: "Ken joined the Company on the acquisition of Portage Minerals in October 2013 and has provided wide ranging and valuable input to not only the Canadian business but the wider Tri-Star group during his tenure with us. His contribution will be greatly missed. Ken's responsibilities will transfer directly to Guy Eastaugh, Tri-Star's CEO."
