Changes to the Board
Canisp is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo Unden to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") with immediate effect.
Joanna Rebecca Andre Unden (née Barrett) (43) has 26 years' experience in the finance industry, both in the money markets and metal exchanges. For the last fifteen years Joanna has worked in the offshore financial services industry, specialising in the establishment and running of trust and fiduciary structures. This role involves acting on behalf on high net worth clients in both equity and structured finance investments.
The following disclosures are made in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

From April 2003 until October 2008, Ms Unden was a director of Corvus Capital Inc. which has been placed into voluntary solvent liquidation.
There are no further disclosures required pursuant to Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Ms Unden replaces Ian Tickler who is resigning from the Board to focus on his other business activities. The Board would like to thank Ian, who has served as a director of the Company since its incorporation, for his contribution to Canisp's development and wish him well in his future activities.
