Issue of Equity
Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention, contamination control and hygiene products, announces that, following an exercise of options, it has issued and allotted 11,500 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on or around the 24 August 2021.
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following the exercise of options, the Company's issued share capital consists of 47,183,743 Ordinary Shares. Accordingly, the figure of 47,183,743 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
