Shareholder Return
ThinkSmart Limited (AIM: TSL), a specialist digital payments platform business, is pleased to confirm that the return of capital of 4.4618 cents per share, approved by shareholders at the 2021 AGM, together with the special dividend of 0.7874 cents per share, were yesterday paid to shareholders.
Following yesterday's return of capital of 4.4618 cents per share, the ThinkSmart Remuneration and Nomination Committee has made an adjustment to outstanding LTIP Awards granted in December 2016 in accordance with the ThinkSmart Long Term Incentive Plan 2016 (the LTIP). The adjustment will reduce the exercise price of the LTIP by 2.37 pence from 17.45 pence to 15.08 pence per share, to take into account the 2021 capital return made to shareholders. Of the outstanding 1,679,532 share option awards granted in December 2016 in accordance with the LTIP, 1,073,863 were granted to Ned Montarello and 470,659 were granted to Gary Halton.
