Tissue Science Laboratories PLC04 April 2005 4 April 2005 Tissue Science Laboratories PLC DISCLOSURE OF NON MATERIAL INTEREST IN SHARES COMPANIES ACT 1985 (THE "ACT") SECTION 198 At the close of business on Friday 1 April 2004, Tissue Science Laboratories PLC(the "Company") had received notification, pursuant to Part VI of the Act, fromFidelity International Limited and its direct and indirect subsidiaries(including, inter alia, Fidelity Investment Services Ltd and Fidelity PensionManagement)(together "Fidelity") that, Fidelity has separate disclosableinterests in, in aggregate, 1,007,597 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in thecapital of the Company, and that such interests represent, in aggregate, 3.44%of the issued share capital of the Company.
