Trans-Siberian Gold plc (TSG.L) announces that the Company's AGM due to be held on 29 June 2017 at 11:30 am at the offices of BDO LLP, 55 Baker Street, London W1U 7EU has been adjourned.

The AGM will now be held at the same time and place on 30 June 2017.
