Trans-Siberian Gold PLC24 July 2007 Trans-Siberian Gold plc Report of Annual General Meeting LONDON: 24 July 2007 - Trans-Siberian Gold plc ("TSG" or "the Company") (TSG.L)reports that at the annual general meeting of the Company held in London todayMr Oleg Bagirov, chief executive, reported to shareholders that the Company "wasnow on track" to produce gold at its Asacha project in Kamchatka, far eastRussia. He said that a senior technical team had been appointed and were now on site andcontracts had been concluded for the mine and plant design. Contractors were nowengaged and TSG now had a nucleus of 26 experienced Russian miners on site whohave commenced underground development. The camps for both employees andcontract workers were also now complete. Mr Bagirov also reported that TSG had so far committed approximately US$1.5million in advance orders for equipment sourced outside Russia. Much of thisequipment was expected to come from China, but modified to meet the specificrequirements of the Asacha project. All of the resolutions at the AGM were approved by shareholders apart from thoseto re-elect Mr Philip Bowring and to elect Mr Jochen Neynaber to the Board.
