1. Tesco PLC Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan")
On 22 November 2019, the Trustees of the Plan purchased Ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company under the Plan's Dividend Re-Investment scheme on behalf of the PDMRs as set out below:
