Board changes
Tarsus Group plc (LSE: TRS, "Tarsus" or "the Group"), the international business-to-business media group, is pleased to announce the appointment to the Board of Tim Haywood as a non-executive director. Tim will become Chairman of the Audit Committee and be a member of the Remuneration, Nomination and Disclosure Committees.
Tim has significant operational and strategic experience and joined Interserve Plc (FTSE-250), the international services, maintenance and building group in 2010 as Group Finance Director. He was previously Finance Director of St. Modwen Properties PLC since 2003 and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Tim will join the Board on 31 July 2014.
Tarsus also announces that Paul Keenan will be leaving the Board with effect from 31 July 2014. Paul has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2008 and has been Chairman of the Audit Committee since 2013.
