On 31 July 2007, these shareswere transferred to Zambari Overseas Limited for nil consideration. Within Mr Blakey's previously disclosed interests in the voting rights of theCompany were 2,708,334 ordinary shares of 0.1p each which he held as nominee forZambari Overseas Limited, the beneficial owner. On 31 July 2007, these shareswere transferred to Zambari Overseas Limited for nil consideration. Following the transfer, Mr Taylor and Mr Blakey no longer have any interest inthe Transfer Shares.
