TRANSACTIONS IN OWN SECURITIES
Trainline plc ("Trainline") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and on Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was affected pursuant to the share purchase programme announced by Trainline on 14 September 2023 and in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Trainline:

The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the purchase of these shares, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue will be 471,032,086. Trainline does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. The figure of 471,032,086 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
