LONDON, UK. AND NEW YORK, U.S. (25 May 2022). Trellus Health plc (AIM: TRLS), which is commercialising a scientifically validated, resilience-based, connected health solution for chronic condition management, confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021 ("2021 Annual Report") and the Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have now been published on the Company's website here.
The 2021 Annual Report, the Notice of AGM and details for voting by proxy will be posted to shareholders today, on 25 May 2022. Beneficial shareholders who received Trellus shares from the distribution in specie by EKF Diagnostics Holdings plc will receive details for voting by proxy in the post.
The AGM is to be held at 2:00pm on 27 June 2022 at the Company's registered offices, at Avon House, 19 Stanwell Road, Penarth, Cardiff, CF64 2EZ and will consider the Resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.
The Company is providing a facility for shareholders to listen in to the AGM either online or telephonically (in a non-voting capacity) and there will be an opportunity for shareholders to ask questions. In order to facilitate the process, the Directors would request that shareholders register for the meeting and submit questions in advance, before 2:00pm on 24 June 2022. Proxy voting
Shareholders will not receive a hard copy form of proxy for the 2022 AGM in the post. Instead, Shareholders will be able to vote electronically using the link www.signalshares.com. Proxy votes must be received no later than 2:00pm on 23 June 2022.
Shareholders may request a hard copy form of proxy directly from the Registrars, Link Group, on Tel: 0371 664 0300. Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate. Lines are open between 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

The Company was founded by Mount Sinai faculty members Dr. Marla C. Dubinsky, MD and Dr. Laurie Keefer, PhD, both with decades of combined experience in IBD and psychogastroenterology, respectively. Trellus Health's patent-pending GRITT™ resilience assessment and personalized treatment methodology was developed and validated at the Mount Sinai Health System to build resilience and wellness for improved outcomes at lower cost.
