Torotrak PLC12 September 2005 Torotrak plc (" the Company")Director/PDMR interests12 September 2005 On 1 August 2005 the Company announced that directors and employees had beenawarded 527,500 (before tax) ordinary 10p shares in the Company ("OrdinaryShares") by the Trustees of the Torotrak Employee Share Trust ("the Trustees"). Further to this announcement the Company was notified on 9th September 2005 thatthe Trustees had sold 216,993 Ordinary Shares at 48p to cover the personal taxand national insurance liabilities for the directors and employees arising fromthis distribution of Ordinary Shares. The Trustee is required to account forpersonal tax and national insurance liabilities at source and distributes theawards to the directors and employees after deduction of tax.
