Director/PDMR Shareholding
Torotrak (LSE: TRK), a leading developer and supplier of emissions reduction and fuel efficiency technology for vehicles, confirms that following approval by Shareholders of the Chief Executive Officer's Proposed Remuneration Resolution at the Company's General Meeting held on 22 July 2015, Adam Robson, Chief Executive, has been granted an award under the Torotrak Long Term Performance Share Plan over 4,285,714 Ordinary Shares. The award has been granted in the form of a nil-cost option.
The vesting of these Ordinary Shares is subject to performance conditions determined by the Remuneration Committee, details of which are set out in the Prospectus published by the Company on 30 June 2015.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement have the same meanings given to them in the prospectus published by the Company on 30 June 2015.
