Posting of Admission Document, Notice of Meeting, Resumption of Trading

Further to the Company's announcement on Friday 25 January 2013, the admission document containing formal notice convening a General Meeting, to be held on 13 February 2013, to seek shareholder approval, inter alia, for Bayfield's proposed merger with Trinity Exploration & Production Limited, the associated US$90 million equity placing and a 1 for 10 share consolidation is being posted to shareholders today.

The admission document is available to download from the Company's website www.bayfieldenergy.com.

The existing shares of Bayfield will commence trading at 8.00 a.m. today.
