Notice of Annual General Meeting and Publication of Annual Report & Accounts

Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023, together with the Notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") are available on the Company's website at www.trinityexploration.com and will be posted to shareholders shortly.

The AGM is to be held on Monday, 24 June 2024 at 11:00 a.m. British Summer Time at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, One Bartholomew Close, London, EC1A 7BL.
