Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 September 2016, the Company's issued share capital consists of 830,839,960 ordinary shares. The total issued share capital with voting rights is 830,839,960.

The above figure (830,839,960) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
