The Company announces that Mr Malcolm Diamond, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), sold a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("ordinary shares") on 14 June 2018. Following this transaction, Mr Diamond's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is now 803,800 shares.
