Director Shareholding
The Company has been informed today that, Geoff Budd, Executive Director and his wife Nicole Budd, today both sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in Trifast ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 58p each.
Following this sale, Geoff Budd has a beneficial interest of 307,264 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3% of the Company's issued share capital. |
