Availability of 2022 Annual Report
LONDON: WEDNESDAY 3 AUGUST 2022: Trifast plc (LSE Premium listing: TRI) confirms that the following documents have been mailed to registered shareholders of the Company as at 21 July 2022 by either electronic means or posted to those who elected hard copies:
· 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements
· Notice of the 2022 Annual General Meeting; and
· Proxy Form for the 2022 Annual General Meeting.
The 2022 Annual Report, available on the Company website, can also be obtained in hard copy by writing to: The Company Secretary, Trifast plc, Trifast House, Bellbrook Park, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1QW or email as detailed below.
