Final Dividend Timetable

The Directors of the Company wish to announce the proposed final dividend for the year ended 30 April 2010. The rate will be 3 pence per ordinary share and the timetable is as follows:

Announcement Date: Tuesday, 3 August 2010 Ex-Dividend Date: Wednesday, 11 August 2010 Record Date: Friday, 13 August 2010 Pay Date: Wednesday, 20 October 2010

The final dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting which will be convened on 4 October 2010.
