Publication of Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2016 and Notice of AGM

The Company announces that the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 30 April 2016 (the "Annual Report") has today been issued.

The Company also announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at Charter Place, 23-27 Seaton Place, St Helier, Jersey, JE1 1JY on 21 September 2016 at 10.30 a.m. (UK).
