Listing Application

Tracsis hereby provides notification that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the blocklisting of 150,757 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Blocklisting Shares"), and admission of the Blocklisting Shares is expected to occur on 4 March 2024.

The Blocklisting Shares will be issued from time to time pursuant to the exercise of employee share option under the following scheme, up to the numbers stated below and as per the performance metrics and vesting schedules attached to the scheme:

The Company will make six-monthly announcements of the utilisation of the Block Admission, in line with its obligations under AIM Rule 29.

At the time of this application, Tracsis has 30,181,931 Ordinary Shares in issue.
