Notification of Change of Interest

Tracsis has received notice that on 10 July 2013 Investec Asset Management acquired, on behalf of its underlying clients, 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company and accordingly now holds, in accordance with the Total Voting Rights announcement made by the Company on 4 July 2013, an interest in 7.92% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 7.92% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Hendersons Global Investors have also notified Tracsis, that on 10 July 2013 they indirectly acquired an undisclosed number of ordinary shares, such that their total holding is now 1,889,321 representing 7.48% of the issued share capital of the Company and 7.48% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.

Tracsis has also received notice that on 10 July 2013, Raymond Kwan (previously a director of Tracsis) disposed of 1,725,850 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 159p per Ordinary Share.

Raymond Kwan retains an interest in 58,000 ordinary shares, which are held by his wife, this holding represents 0.2% of the total issued share capital in the Company and 0.2% of the total voting rights in the Company.

Accordingly, Raymond no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.

IP Group plc also notified the Company that on 10 July 2013 they disposed of 1,507,646 ordinary shares and accordingly now hold 3,437,285 ordinary shares of which 2,776,846 shares are held directly through its wholly owned subsidiary, Techtran Group Limited, and 660,439 ordinary shares are held indirectly on behalf of IP Venture Capital Fund. IP Group plc maintain an interest in 13.61% of the total issued shares of the Company and 13.61% of the Total Voting Rights of the Company.
