Notification of Change of Interests
Directors Dealings
Tracsis has received notice that on 13 August 2012 Raymond Kwan, a Director of the Company, has disposed of 200,000 ordinary shares at a price of 128.5p
Following the trade Dr Kwan now holds 1,699,850 Ordinary shares and his wife Ann Kwan holds 284,000 Ordinary shares. Accordingly, Dr Kwan is now deemed to be interested in 1,983,850 Ordinary shares representing 7.99% of the total voting rights of the Company.
In addition, Tracsis has also received notice that on 13 August 2012 Hargreave Hale Limited has acquired 200,000 Ordinary Shares and accordingly now holds 1,262,500 Ordinary shares (representing 5.08% of the total voting rights of the Company) of which 1,136,000 Ordinary Shares are held for a unit trust operated by Marlborough Fund Managers Limited.
