Director's Dealings
The Company received notification today that John McArthur, Chief Executive, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 0.4p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company today, at a price of 53p per Ordinary Share. The beneficial interest of Mr. McArthur following the purchase is now 951,222 Ordinary Shares representing 4.9% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
