Directors Dealing

Tracsis has received notice that on 22 August 2012, Ann Kwan, the wife of Raymond Kwan, transferred 226,000 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration to Raymond Kwan. Following the trade Dr Kwan now holds 1,725,850 Ordinary shares and his wife Ann Kwan holds 58,000 Ordinary shares. Accordingly, Dr Kwan is now deemed to be interested in 1,783,850 Ordinary shares representing 7.18% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Tracsis has also received notice that on 23 May 2012, Charles Winward, a director of the Company, transferred 56,500 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration from his own account, to his account held by Barclayshare Nominees Limited. Charles still holds 56,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.23% of the ordinary shares of the Company and 0.23% of the total voting rights.
