Directors Dealings

Tracsis has received notice that on 1 June 2012, Raymond Kwan, a Director of the Company disposed of 750,000 ordinary shares at a price of 75p. Raymond now holds 1,899,850 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and his wife Ann Kwan holds 226,000 Ordinary Shares, accordingly, Raymond is now deemed to be interested in 2,125,850 Ordinary Shares representing 8.6% of the issued share capital of the Company and 8.6% of the total voting rights of the Company.

Tracsis has also received notice that on 1 June 2012, Ennismore Fund Management Limited ("EFM"), indirectly acquired 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 75p through the acquisition of 1,301,800 Ordinary Shares by Ennismore European Smaller Companies Fund and the acquisition of 298,200 Ordinary Shares by Ennismore European Smaller Companies Master Hedge Fund, both of which are managed by EFM. Accordingly, EFM now has an interest in 1,600,000 Ordinary Shares representing 6.5% of the total issued share capital of the Company and 6.5% of the total voting rights of the Company.
