Board Changes

Tracsis is pleased to announce that with effect from 1 August 2011, Max Cawthra will take up the role of full time Finance Director from Darren Bamforth who will resign from this position which he currently holds in a part time capacity.

Darren has been pivotal in the Company's growth, flotation on AIM, and four subsequent acquisitions and worked with Tracsis in a part time capacity due to his other business commitments, including his own accountancy practice.

Maxwell James Cawthra, aged 33, joined Tracsis in September 2010 as Financial Controller and previously spent seven years at Persimmon Plc. Max is a Chartered Accountant, and trained with Ernst & Young in Leeds. Max has been instrumental in the recent successes of Tracsis and helped the business with the acquisition of MPEC Technology Limited - which he is now a Director of - and played a key role in the share placing of £2M that took place in June 2011.

Max is not, and has not been, a director or partner of any other company or partnership, and does not hold any shares in Tracsis.

John McArthur, Chief Executive Officer commented: "This is a milestone for the business and a natural evolution for our board as Tracsis continues to grow. Darren has been an exemplary Finance Director during his time with us we are extremely grateful for the contribution he has made in the past 7 years. As we embark upon further growth, Tracsis is now of a size to warrant a full time Finance Director and as such, I am delighted to welcome Max to the Board, who has worked extensively with Darren over the past year to ensure a smooth transition."

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
