Notice of decisions of the Board of Directors
PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) announces today that, on 13 May 2020, its Board of Directors adopted the following decisions:
1. To terminate authorities of Victor Markov as Chief Executive Officer of the Company;
2. To appoint Alexander Isurin as President of PJSC TransContainer, effective from 14 May 2020 for the term of three years;
3. To appoint Victor Markov as Director of PJSC TransContainer, effective from 14 May 2020 for the term of three years.
Alexander Isurin joined PJSC TransContainer in March 2020. Mr. Isurin has been working in the transportation and container transportation industries since 2005, starting his career in Maersk, an international integrated shipping company. He then moved to Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC), one of the major container transportation companies worldwide, where he served as Head of MSC's representative office in Russia and Central Asia. In 2014, Mr. Isurin joined FESCO, where he held a number of senior management positions, including Vice President and Senior Vice President of Commerce, and subsequently becoming the Company's President. Mr. Isurin graduated from the Baltic Russian Institute, the Faculty of Economics majoring in Enterprise Management. He also obtained additional executive education from Maersk International Shipping Education, Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and Singularity University.
