Transaction in Own Shares

Trikona TC yesterday, through Evolution Securities Limited, purchased 275,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 30.36 pence per ordinary share. The ordinary shares purchased yesterday will be held for cancellation. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue, following the above purchase and cancellation, (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 231,525,200.
