Trikona Trinity Capital PLC ("the Company") announces that it was informed on
18 December 2009 that QVT Financial LP and QVT Financial LLP, as investment managers for QVT Fund LP, Quintessence Fund L.P. and an account managed for a third party, are interested in an aggregate amount of 50,019,008 ordinary shares of the Company. On 18 December 2009 this represented 23.77% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital of the Company being 210,432,498 shares.
