Director Shareholding

On 28 June 2012 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") announced that Group Finance Director Steve Breach had entered into a trading plan pursuant to which Mr Breach will use his monthly pension contributions until at least June 2013 to purchase ordinary shares in the Company each month.

As such the Company has today been notified that on 29 June 2012, Steve Breach purchased 3,390 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 88.48p per share. Following this purchase, the number of ordinary shares in the Company in which Steve Breach and his connected persons are beneficially interested is 195,093 or 0.21% of the Company's total issued share capital.
