Board Change

Tribal Group plc ("Tribal" or the "Group") announces that its Group Finance Director, Simon Lawton, has informed the Board of his intention to leave the Group after nearly 10 years in order to pursue other opportunities.

Simon will facilitate a smooth transition of responsibilities to his successor and expects to remain with Tribal until the announcement of the Group's preliminary results in March 2010. The search for a new Group Finance Director has commenced and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Peter Martin, Chief Executive of Tribal, commented:

"Simon joined Tribal as a founder director in 2000 and has made an outstanding contribution to the growth and development of Tribal over the past ten years. As Group Finance Director throughout the period, he has played a fundamental role in establishing Tribal as one of the leading providers of professional services to the public sector.
