Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data insight provider, announces that on 21 February 2017, John Watkins, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 65,054 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 76.86 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, John Watkins and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 5,839,398 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 18.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
