Completed placing by Directors
Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data provider to the global market place, is pleased to announce that finnCap Ltd, the Company's broker, has today conducted a placing (the "Placing") of 1,220,000 existing ordinary shares of one pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "Placing Shares") with a new institutional investor, at a price of 157.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
The Placing Shares have been sold on behalf of certain Directors of the Company and represent, in aggregate, approximately 9.6 per cent. of the Directors' previous shareholding. The Placing Shares have been sold to satisfy market demand.
Subsequent to the Placing, the Directors' revised shareholdings are set out below:
