Topps Tiles plc ("Topps" or the "Company")

Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified by the trustee of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan the Yorkshire Building Society (the "Trustees"), that on 16 November 2015 the following Directors acquired ordinary shares of 3.33 pence each in Topps Tiles Plc ("Ordinary Shares") under the Partnership Shares element of the Topps Tiles Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 144.75 pence per Ordinary Share. The transactions for the Partnership Shares took place on the London Stock Exchange.

Matthew Williams will now hold 1,466,192 Ordinary Shares representing 0.76% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Matthew Williams and Lucia Williams, spouse of Matthew Williams and a connected person, is 1,749,192 Ordinary Shares representing 0.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Rob Parker will now hold 101,538 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital of the Company. As a result the combined holding of Rob Parker and Danielle Parker, spouse of Rob Parker and a connected person, will be 204,276 Ordinary Shares representing 0.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4.
