Topps Tiles PLC07 August 2007 Topps Tiles PLC Topps Tiles Plc (the "Company") Notification of transaction of PDMR/ major interest in shares The Company was today notified that Matthew Williams, Chief Operating Officer,has acquired 30,000 ordinary shares of 3.33p each ("Ordinary Shares")representing 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. Followingthis transaction, Mr Williams has an interest in 415,980 Ordinary Sharesrepresenting 0.24 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The Company was also notified today that Robert Parker, Finance Director, hasacquired 10,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital. Mr Parker did not have an interest in Ordinary Sharesprior to this transaction. Both acquisitions of Ordinary Shares were at a price of 231.5 pence per shareand occurred on 7 August 2007.
