Notification of Director or PDMR share interest

The following amendment has been made to the Notification of Director or PDMR share interest announcement released on 10 March 2014 at 15:45 under RNS No 9441B.

Martin Meech's beneficial interest should have read 51,494 shares.

All other details remain unchanged.

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") announces that on 7 March 2014, the following awards in respect of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") were made (by way of nil cost option) under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan to the persons named below.

The options over these shares will normally be exercisable from 7 March 2017, subject to continued employment.

*Options over 50% of these shares will normally be exercisable on the 7 March 2016, the remaining options will be exercisable from 7 March 2017, subject to continued employment and satisfaction of forfeiture conditions.

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has also been notified today of the exercise and sale on 7 March 2014 by Martin Meech, PDMR, of 6,605 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1899.8395p following his exercise of nil cost options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan and 9,306 shares under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan at a price of 1899.8395p.

The purpose of the exercises and sales is for Martin Meech to reinvest the monies into the forthcoming Share Matching Award.

As a result of these exercises and sales, Martin Meech's beneficial interest is 51,494 shares.
