Corac Group Plc08 January 2007 For Immediate Release 8 January 2007 Corac Group PLC ("Corac" or "the Company") Exercise of Options The Board of Corac Group plc ("Corac") announces that, on 8 January 2007, itapproved the issue and allotment of 384,800 new ordinary shares of 10p each inCorac, following the exercise of 384,800 share options by Professor GeraldMusgrave, Executive Chairman, at an exercise price of 11.5385 pence per share.These shares will rank pari passu with all existing ordinary shares. Application has been made for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading onAIM, a market operated by the London Stock Exchange, and dealings are expectedto commence on 12 January 2007.
