PDMR Dealings
The Company has been notified that on 26 July 2021, David Lindsay, Chief Executive, purchased a total of 2,600,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 3.774 pence per share for the benefit of his self-invested personal pension (SIPP).
Following these purchases, Mr Lindsay retains an interest in 2,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.34 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
