Directors' Dealing
The Company announces that today Phil Cartmell, Mark Crawford and Richard King have bought the following number of ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 10.5p. Due to the fact that the Company was in a close period at the time of the placing announced on 15 March 2012, the Directors were unable to participate in the placing. Following the publication of the preliminary results on 17 April 2012, the Directors are no longer subject to that restriction:
