Corac Group Plc20 December 2006 Corac Group PLC (the "Company") Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6, theCompany would like to notify the market of the following: The Company's capital consists of 74,429,700 ordinary shares of 10p each withvoting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rightsis 74,429,700.
