The Company has been notified that Julia Henderson, Non-Executive Director of Corac Group Plc today transferred 100,000 10p Ordinary Shares in the Company into an ISA arrangement at a price of 8.75p per Share. Ms Henderson's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed as a result of this transfer and remains as:
