Publication of Circular & Notice of General Meeting

The Company announces that it has today posted a circular to its shareholders (the "Circular"), which contains a notice of general meeting of the Company (the "General Meeting") to be held at 11.00 a.m. on 3 March 2021 in relation to the recommended acquisition of Hunters Property PLC ("Hunters") (the "Acquisition"). The General Meeting has been called specifically to seek approval by Shareholders to allot and issue the share consideration to the shareholders of Hunters payable in respect of the Acquisition, which shall be satisfied through the allotment and issuance of new Ordinary Shares in the Company.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis, Shareholders are required to comply with the Stay at Home Measures and, accordingly, may not attend the General Meeting in person. All Shareholders are, instead, requested to complete the Form of Proxy, appointing the chairman of the meeting, rather than a third party, as their proxy by the relevant time.
