Issue of Equity & PDMR Shareholding
The Property Franchise Group (LON:TPFG), announces the issuance of 213,041 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options by its two executive directors.
These options were exercised pursuant to the Company's Share Option Schemes and Deferred Bonus Plan. In the case of the Share Option Schemes, the options were issued in 2020 and recognise the full achievement of the targets set.
Gareth Samples has sold 26,798 ordinary shares to the Company's employee benefit trust ("EBT") in order to meet certain PAYE tax liabilities arising upon exercise of the options.

An application has been made for the 213,041 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on 13 July 2023.
Following Admission, the Company will have 32,255,007 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator by which they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA 's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
