Further to a recent exercise of options, as announced by the Company on 6 April 2017, David Raggett, Chief Financial Officer, has on 24 May 2017 sold 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 154.535p per share. Following this sale, David Raggett remains interested in 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.1 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
