Announcement of Redemption As announced by the Company on Monday, 13 November 2006, the ExtraordinaryResolution detailed in the Notice of Meeting of Stockholders was duly passed bythe requisite majority of Stockholders at the Meeting held on 13 November 2006and the Terms and Conditions of the Existing Stock have been amendedaccordingly.
